FRIEND. Find a friend to play. Your friend needs to set up 2 colors. One will stand for the Yes answer and one for the No. If you have played this game a lot your friend will need to change the order of the archetype answers too.
QUESTION. Prepare a yes or no question.
RELAX. Find a comfortable seat. Uncross your arms and legs. Breath in and out a few times from lower abdomen. (Quick Relaxation.)
EXPAND. Imagine sending your energy out into the space about you.
